What we collect

When you book a clean with us, we collect the details needed to schedule and perform the service: your name, phone number, email address, zip code, the service you choose, your preferred date and arrival time, and any notes you share with us (like gate codes, pets, or areas to focus on).

We do not collect payment information through this website — no payment happens online. You pay after the clean, once your flat rate is confirmed.

If you contact us by phone, text, or email, we keep a record of that conversation so we can help you faster next time.

How we use your information

We use your information only to run our cleaning service: confirming bookings, texting you the day before your clean, sending your confirmation and receipts, scheduling our teams, and coordinating laundry pickup with FreshFold when you add it to your booking.

We may use your email or phone number to send occasional service updates or offers — like first-time-customer and referral discounts. Every marketing message includes a way to opt out, and you can ask us to stop anytime.

What we never do

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.

We never share your address, gate codes, or access details with anyone outside your cleaning team and our scheduling staff.

We do not use your information to make automated decisions that affect you.

Who we share with

We share only what is necessary, only with parties that help us serve you:

• Our cleaning teams — your name, address area, booking details, and access notes.

• FreshFold (our laundry partner) — only when you add laundry pickup to your booking, and only the details they need for the pickup and return.

• Service providers — our booking system, email, and text-messaging tools, which process your information on our behalf under their own privacy commitments.

• Legal requirements — if the law requires us to disclose information, we will comply.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records for as long as needed to serve you as a customer and to meet tax and record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below), and we will remove it unless the law requires us to keep it.

Website data & cookies

Our website uses basic, privacy-respecting tools to understand how visitors use the site (like which pages are viewed) so we can improve it. These tools do not identify you personally.

Your browser may also store a small amount of data (like a session preference) so the site works smoothly. You can clear this anytime in your browser settings.

We do not run advertising trackers that follow you around the internet.

Keeping your information safe

Your bookings are stored on secure, access-controlled systems. Only Aseo team members who need your details to serve you can see them.

No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable, industry-standard steps to protect your information.

You can ask us at any time to:

• Send you a copy of the information we have about you

• Correct anything that is wrong

• Delete your information

• Stop marketing messages (or use the unsubscribe link / reply STOP in any message)

Texas residents also have rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act. To use any of these rights, just contact us — no forms, no hoops.

Children's privacy

Our services are for adults booking cleanings for their homes and workplaces. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

If we update this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date. Significant changes will be communicated to active customers directly.
